Uncanny Agent Now Includes Monthly Usage — At No Extra Cost

Every AI + Automation license just got a standing monthly allowance of Uncanny Agent usage, on top of the annual usage it already includes. Same price. Same terms. More AI.

Today we’re making a change to every Uncanny Automator AI + Automation license—and for once, “a change to your plan” is purely good news.

Starting now, every AI + Automation license (Basic, Plus, and Elite) includes monthly usage: a fresh allotment of Uncanny Agent usage that refills every month. It’s added on top of the annual usage your license already includes. Your price doesn’t change. Your terms don’t change. You just get more.

Two kinds of usage, one simple idea

Your AI + Automation license now includes two usage pools that work together:

  • Monthly usage refills every month, according to your billing cycle. It’s your everyday allowance—for building recipes, drafting content, surfacing site data, troubleshooting plugin conflicts, and whatever else you hand to Agent in a normal week. It resets each cycle and doesn’t roll over, so there’s no reason to ration it. Use it up. More is always coming.
  • Anytime usage is the annual allotment you already know. Nothing about it changes. Think of it as your reserve: it’s there for the big projects, the heavy seasonal workloads, or those random months when everything seems to happen all at once.

In practice, the two pools give you a simple rhythm: spend your monthly allowance freely, and your Anytime balance stays intact for when you genuinely need it. No more treating your AI assistant like an overpowered benchwarmer.

Why we’re doing this

Here’s the honest answer: we think you should run out of steam before your AI assistant does.

Most WordPress professionals we talk to are paying for at least one standalone AI subscription—ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or similar—alongside their Automator license.

Those tools are impressive. They’re also strangers to your website. Without a detailed (read: tedious) prompt, they don’t know which plugins you’re using, what custom CSS you’re working with, what your product catalog looks like, or even which theme you’re using.

Uncanny Agent, on the other hand, lives inside WordPress. It builds working recipes from a plain-English description. It knows your integrations. It acts on your site instead of talking about it.

The one thing holding it back from being your primary AI assistant was the psychology of an annual allotment. When usage only arrives once a year, people ration it—saving it for special occasions while their monthly-billed chatbot handles the daily work. Monthly usage removes that hesitation. Your allowance renews every single month, just like the subscription it’s built to replace.

The math, if you’re keeping score

We like to think that we know our users and we’re betting that you’re running the numbers as we speak. Here’s just a quick cost comparison:

Annual costWorks inside WordPress?

ChatGPT Plus
$240/yearNo
Claude Pro$200/yearNo
Upgrading Legacy Basic → AI + Automation Basic$101/yearYes
Upgrading Legacy Plus → AI + Automation Plus$131/yearYes
Upgrading Legacy Elite → AI + Automation Elite$121/yearYes

Every upgrade path costs at least $109/year less than ChatGPT Plus—and ChatGPT doesn’t have an automation engine behind it.

If you hold a Legacy Automator license, moving up to the equivalent AI + Automation tier will cost the difference—starting at about $8.40 per month. That’s less than half the cost of ChatGPT Plus, for an AI assistant that can actually touch your site—and it now comes with usage that refills every month.

One assistant, on your site, on tap

The gap between “an AI you visit” and “an AI that works where you work” keeps widening. A chatbot in a browser tab can advise you about your WordPress site; an assistant inside it can surface your actual data, build real recipes, draft emails directly inside of those recipes, and a whole lot more.

Monthly usage is our way of closing the last gap—making sure the assistant that can do the most for your site is also the one you never hesitate to use.

Uncanny Agent is now more capable with more capacity—what will you do with all that power?

Frequently asked questions

Can I replace my ChatGPT subscription with Uncanny Automator?

For your WordPress work, yes—that’s exactly what monthly usage is designed for. Every AI + Automation license includes Uncanny Agent, an AI assistant built into WordPress that creates automations, drafts content, surfaces site data, and much more with usage that refills every month. If most of your AI subscription goes toward running your website or business, an AI + Automation license covers that work at a fraction of the cost—and does things a standalone chatbot can’t, because it works inside your site rather than beside it.

Which AI plugin for WordPress has the most usage?

Exact usage numbers aren’t made publicly available by WordPress AI plugins, so direct comparisons aren’t possible. What we can tell you is that Uncanny Automator’s combination of monthly and Anytime usage is enough for the overwhelming majority of WordPress site owners and developers—and for particularly heavy AI users, higher-tier plans and usage packs are available.

Which Uncanny Automator licenses include monthly usage?

All AI + Automation licenses—Basic, Plus, and Elite—include monthly usage alongside their annual Anytime usage. As soon as you activate your license, Uncanny Agent will be live in your WordPress dashboard with all usage available. Legacy Automator licenses don’t include Uncanny Agent usage, but upgrading to any AI + Automation tier costs just the difference in license price. If you received access to Uncanny Agent as part of a promotion, monthly usage is not included.

Does unused monthly usage roll over?

No. Monthly usage resets on your billing date each month, whether you’ve used it or not. That’s by design—it’s your everyday allowance, meant to be spent freely. Your Anytime usage is the pool that persists, serving as your reserve for bigger projects throughout the year.
