  • Word Count: Articles should be a minimum of 1,000 – 2,000 words, covering the topic in detail without unnecessary fluff.
  • Quality: Content should be well-researched, informative, and provide value to our readers. Ensure clarity, logical structure, and the use of headings, subheadings, bullet points, and short paragraphs to enhance readability.

  • File Formats: PNG, JPG, or WebP. Avoid GIFs unless they are necessary for explaining a concept.
  • Maximum File Size: Each image should not exceed 1MB to maintain fast page loading speeds.
  • Image Sources: If using third-party images, ensure they are royalty-free and provide proper attribution if required.
  • Screenshots: For tutorials, include high-quality screenshots with annotations (if needed) for better clarity.

4. How to Submit

We appreciate submissions in Google Docs format for easy collaboration and review. If Google Docs is not an option, you may submit your article in Microsoft Word format (.docx).

5. Review & Response Time

Our editorial team will review your submission and respond within five business days. If you do not hear back within this timeframe, feel free to follow up. We carefully assess all submissions for originality, clarity, and relevance to our audience. We may propose changes or additions that would improve the content for our audience. If your post is accepted, we will provide an estimated publication date. Articles may be scheduled based on content calendar priorities.​

6. Rejection Policy

We strive to maintain high-quality content on our blog and appreciate every guest post submission. However, not all articles will be accepted for publication. Below are the key reasons why a submission may be rejected:

  • Irrelevant Topics: We may decline a submission if the content does not align with our audience’s interests or our blog’s focus areas.
  • Duplicate Topics: If we have already covered a similar topic, we may reject the article unless it offers a unique angle or updated insights.
  • Unverified Claims or Misinformation: Articles containing unsubstantiated claims, misleading information, or inaccurate data will be rejected.
  • Excessive Editing Required: If an article requires extensive rewriting for grammar, clarity, or readability, we may choose not to publish it.

Can Authors Revise and Resubmit?

  • Minor Issues: If the article has potential but needs minor revisions, we will provide feedback and request edits before resubmitting it.
  • Major Issues: If the content does not align with our blog’s direction or requires extensive revisions, it may be permanently rejected.
  • Resubmission Limit: Authors can revise and resubmit an article once they have received feedback. However, if the resubmitted version does not meet our standards, we reserve the right to decline to publish the article..
