What can Uncanny Agent do?

Uncanny Agent is more than a chatbot—it can take real actions inside your WordPress site on your behalf. Here’s a tour of the kinds of work you can hand off to it.

Build Uncanny Automator recipes

Uncanny Agent can turn a description of an automation into a working recipe. You can say things like:

  • “When a user buys the Gold membership in WooCommerce, enroll them in the Member Onboarding course in LearnDash and add them to the Members group.”
  • “Post the previous week’s top-selling products to our internal Slack channel.”
  • “When a form on the Contact page is submitted, create a HubSpot contact and send me an email.”

Uncanny Agent will check which integrations are connected, pick appropriate triggers and actions, configure tokens, and save the recipe as a draft for you to review.

Create content

Uncanny Agent can create posts, pages, WooCommerce products, LearnDash courses and lessons, and other content types. You can give it a topic, a tone, an outline, or a link for inspiration. Agent will draft your content for you and either save it for your review or publish it to your site and connected social channels—all depending on what you ask for.

Look up information about your site

Ask Agent questions about your data, not just generic WordPress documentation:

  • “How are my sales trending month over month and year over year?”
  • “Show me the top 5 customers by lifetime value.”
  • “Which products are often purchased together?”
  • “What integrations do I have connected?”

Diagnose recipes that aren’t working

If a recipe isn’t doing what you expect, describe the problem and Uncanny Agent will check the logs, look at the recipe configuration, and suggest a fix. It can often spot a missing token, a misconfigured filter, or an integration that’s lost its connection.

Explain features and walk you through tasks

You can also use Uncanny Agent like a friendly tutor. Ask it how a feature works, when to use a User Loop versus a Post Loop, or how to set up a webhook trigger. Agent will explain it all in the context of your site and your installed plugins.
